The Lord Nelson — Restaurant in England

Pleasant service, staff very obliging food is excellent my wife had traditional fish and chips and the batter was delicious, one of the best, and the cod was as expected, very tasty. I enjoyed Lamb Bhuna though the quantity was too much for my appetite at Lunchtime!!! Very good experience, again, (second time here) the high standard has not changed and to finish we booked again for 5th July bringing relatives for an evening meal to celebrate my wife's birthday!

First time at the Pub and what a Treat it was. Although we didn't eat, the menu and the food looked really good and appetising, also very reasonably priced. The inside of the pub is like a "Tardis". Plenty of tables and chairs and a reasonable bar space. The visit we made was to listen to live music and we weren't disappointed. A Fabulous afternoons entertainment and all free. Bar prices were remarkably good and the team were extremely friendly and helpful. Well...

A delightful pub set in the heart of the village with oodles of rustic charm and walks in every direction. During the day it's quietest and with plenty of outdoor seating front and rear you can enjoy a cold beverage on a sunny day as you socialise or watch the world go by.
