Went here for a family meal due to having a dog we had to eat outside in a sheltered area. Staff were really helpful and friendly looking after us. Set menu but also specials on board inside the pub. Between us we had Thai chicken green curry (nice and spicy). Sea bass fillets with salad and chips. Steak and Ale pie. Yorkshire pudding wrap. Food was excellent all plates finished. Grandson had pasta and garlic bread. Desserts sticky toffee pudding and baked cheese cake again clean plate. Car park will probably hold about 12 cars but we did park. Lovely evening. If i was staying in Yorkshire longer i would definetly go back.

We’d called for a drink before and wanted to try the food as the menu was extensive and very tempting! We didn’t book, on a Saturday lunchtime, there were quite a few folk in, we got a very warm welcome and friendly service. We were both spoilt for choice! Everything we ate was really good. Piping hot and good portions. We will definitely go back as it’s on a good walk when we stay in the area. A very good, reasonably priced Viognier to wash it down.

Extremely friendly environment with a vast homemade menu. 6 of us visited a couple of times while staying in an Air b & b down the road. Amazing homemade food, with decent portions. Also do full takeaway menu and pizzas! Can contact via text for bookings. Cheers for having us this weekend and looking after our appetites! Neil

The Milbank Arms is a fantastic pub! The food and service are exceptional and Chris and Di do an amazing job. We love coming here for family Sunday lunches, for evening meals and recently my husband and I had our family and wedding party lunch here on New Year's Eve before the evening celebration at home. It was brilliant and so many of our friends commented on what a great pub it is and how delicious the food was. Family favourites include roast lunches on Sunday, especially the pork - they have a gluten free option for my Dad, seabass fillets, chicken curry and the scampi is yummy! If you have room the Crunchie sundaes are a very good dessert choice too. But what makes the pub so special is that it feels like a traditional country pub with a warm atmosphere, proper fire in the winter months and broad selection of beer and ales on tap and lots of menu choice with specials that change regularly so there is always something for everybody. Definitely the best...

The Millbank Arms is a great place to grab a drink or food. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and friendly staff. What really sets this pub apart, though, is the beer selection. With a rotating list of local, regional and national beers on tap, there's always something new to try. The food is also worth mentioning - hearty pub fare like burgers and fries, fish and chips, and pizzas are all done to perfection. Overall, The Millbank Arms is a great spot to catch up with friends and enjoy some good food and drinks. I...
