Excellent place. Food is top rate and delicious with fast service by staff who are the best, friendly and efficient, and the display of motor bikes is unique as is the tree growing out through the roof and the lovely gardens with the sound of water from the fish ponds. However, this is NOT the Old Brewery but an additional construction built much later; next door to the Wyke Brewery Milford Court in Wyke Riad The old Brewery was built by the Matthews Family in 1830s and in early photos the (Motor Bike) Café was only fields. The Talisman unit in living memory, then became a café with ensuing names, See Mirus in following photos. However last year it grew into the excellent restaurant it is today but it must change back to that which made it unique. It is NOT THE OLD BREWERY CAFE AND RESTAURANT. Call it what it was, the Motor Bikes. JUST MOTOR BIKES. Someone only called it that yesterday. In the first older photo, from the early beer advert in its oval border, to the right (east) of the Brewery, it can be seen that there are fields and cottage set further back and this is the the area where the café structure is today.

A ride out to Gillingham for lunch and coffee at the Cafe Corsa on a bright day was a perfect way to spend an hour or two. The building is imposing. With impressive stone lions at the front. Car park is accessed down the side road and there is ample space. We visited not only for lunch but for the bikes too. The showroom was well laid out with some amazing machinery. Lunch (table service) was fresh and well prepared with my bacon and brie panini cooked perfectly, “cremate the bacon” was the instruction! Coffee was as good as anywhere we’ve been. The added bonus as we sat in the nice outdoor area were bikes periodically riding past us into the workshop! We will be returning.

Such a relaxed and friendly place to eat and drink. Really good food made with effort and fresh and delicious ingredients and a bar with a full range of beverages. Special offer evenings like curries and pies. I love the prawn sandwiches. Amazing soft bread, prawns with flavour and a salad you can actually consume and not just a decoration. A unique decor with motorbikes on display. Onsite parking front and back. Staff are really attentive and know what they’re doing. Nice to just grab a decent coffee or take lunch or dinner. We’ve been several times with family and my kids love it there. Burgers are delicious and fresh quality!

Would usually rate as a 5 star establishment due to the excellent quality food and drink and good service. However, unclear and downright daft rules being employed due to coronavirus restrictions put paid to that on this occasion. My wife and I arrived by motorcycle with a view to grabbing a spot of brunch. Motocorsa and the cafe were as busy as I've seen. We grabbed a table for two on the veranda. After a few minutes my wife complained that she was getting cold so I popped inside to scope out a table for us. Found a table for two so left my helmet on the table and went to collect my wife (partially-sighted). Arriving back at the inside table we were challenged by a waitress - apparently one is not permitted to change tables due to 'cross-contamination'. I apologised but pointed out that there were no notices to this effect and, unfortunately, had already 'cross-contaminated' the second table by leaving my helmet on it. I was informed that we could NOT change tables and would have to return to the one outside - my helmet on the table was not an issue - just us sitting at it apparently! We returned to the veranda. My wife decided she would only have a hot drink at this point. During our time there three other tables on the veranda were vacated and not one of them received even a cursory wipe down let alone disinfection before the next customers sat at them. Another chap sat on his own at the table next to us (one of the ones not cleaned between customers) ordered a coffee but advised that he would like to have it at an empty table in the sunshine he'd just spotted in the garden. He was also told that he must NOT change tables. Initially he thought the waitress was joking. When it became apparent that she was serious he politely cancelled his order and left. Firstly, the proprietor is entitled to employ whatever rules he or she sees fit in an effort to comply with coronavirus restrictions - I get that. However, the 'one table only' rule was advertised nowhere that I could see on the premises and, in my opinion, is not one which would seem obvious to the average person. Secondly, if such a rule is employed it is frankly worthless if adequate cleaning of tables is not completed between customers - it makes a mockery of the rule and simply disgruntles those who've fallen foul of it. Come on Cafe Corsa,...

After reading some good reviews I arrived looking forward to my lunch on what was a wet cold Saturday. Surroundings are interesting with fine examples of vintage motorcycles in various parts of the converted brewery which had a bright and airy feel. The waiting staf were smiley and friendly. I was warned there would be a 30 minute wait which I accepted as the place was busy. I ordered an all day breakfast which when it arrived 40 minutes later was a big disappointment. The ingredients were of inferior quality apart from freshly fried tomatoes. The one egg was overcooked, mushrooms not fresh, - I suspect from a tin, baked beans, 2 vegetarian sausages, along with one small slice of cheap white toasted bread. And for that I paid just over £13 including a pot of tea which I did enjoy. And I had such...
