The Pear Orchard — Restaurant in England

We were surprised to find this wonderful burger/milkshake bar in the village of Kingston Seymour. There was free parking, customer toilet, plenty of outdoor seating and undercover seating. The bar had lots of burger and frys to choose from, the meat was all supplied by local producers. The milkshake drinks were brilliant with lots of flavours to choose from. They also served hot drinks and alcohol. The bar is only opened weekends but we'll worth the visit. There was also the extra attraction of petting animals for the children and a place to wash hands. They ranges from turkeys to peacocks, bunnies to goats. We will definitely visit again and also recommend others to visit too. There is disabled access, free parking, dog friendly(no water bowls so remember to take your own on a hot day) , children friendly, family friendly all...

Very disappointed. Went on mother's day with my children and my mum. Really wanted to go as am a Kingston Seymour resident and like to support local businesses. However, I can't eat beefburgers due to health reasons so asked for just bacon roll. I was told they won't do this. Although my brother had burger with bacon but wouldn't do one without a burger. I could buy it and take burger out but would still have fat from burger! Apparently rolls were only for burgers. All a bit strange so lost my custom for the sake of not giving me a simple bacon roll but still was willing to...

Unfortunately we didn't have the same great experience that many have shared.

Turned up at only 1:10 on a bank holiday Monday and they'd ran out of all meat burgers. So ordered 3x halloumi burgers and 3x loaded fries. Clearly too many staff making the fancy milkshakes and not enough in the kitchen. Didn't get our order until 2:15! There was an apology but no indication when we ordered that it would take that long.

Food tasty. Could do with someone tidying up on and under the tables regularly to avoid dogs eating too many chips etc.

Would also be great if the toilets...
