Read morethe rooms where tidy but a very low standard. You had tea and coffee in the rooms but no milk or kettle.Lack of heat in the room as only a very small 4 rib oilheater for a double room. A lot of noise comes through the floorboards as not sound proof. No mirror in the bathroom and no complementary toiletries or bags for bins. The room cost £89.00p per night for two, lack for details. No comunication between staff as we came down for breakfast and nobody knew that we were residents,so nothing was set up. Hope these points can be picked up by the management and will help them to provide a better service and...
