Trevassack Lake Cafe — Restaurant in England

18 of us were booked in for Sunday roast last weekend, including some family visiting from up country. We had a lovely room with beautifully laid tables, including gorgeous handpicked hedgerow flowers and the waitress was super attentive and friendly. Everyone said how delicious the roast was and how impressed they were with the quality of the ingredients and presentation. This is the best roast I have ever had in my entire life. Photos don’t do it justice. I cleared the plate. Cauliflower cheese that was actually cheesy, the swede purée was delicious, you can’t see the roast potatoes under the tower of food, absolutely enough of everything. Booked on Saturday for lunch for 6 on the Sunday based on the recommendation of the camp site owner with who we were staying. Beef, Lamb and Pork to choose from. None of us chose the Pork but those who chose the Beef and Lamb were very impressed with the quality and portion sizes. Followed by Apple pie or crumble with custard or ice cream.
