Valley View Cafe — Restaurant in England

Been today the chips were terrible eggs weren’t done properly, as I was hungry I ate it but told them about chips and the answer was there is another complaint, with we will have to change supplier. I can’t see how supplier would change in two weeks. Lyndsay I think her name was was pleasant but the lad cooking didn’t seem to care. He didn’t wash his hands after taking rubbish out and was seen to test chip with his fingers and put back in. Very poor meal. My friend had the same problem didn’t eat her chips and when there two others were being given fresh chips. My sister had toasted tea cake which was dry. All in all a terrible meal after having good ones in the past so will not be back and will tell our friends...

My friend and I meet every Monday. And have always been satisfied both with food and service, however today was dreadful I’d ordered toasties , there was no salad or dressing , my friend said that the toasties always come with a side salad , answer ‘you have to ask if you want salad No not true , she then brought a tea plate with salad and teaspoon , we then had to ask for forks and serviette’s.
