OH MY DAYS THIS RESTAURANT DESERVES A 10/10 star IT’S ONE OF THOSE PLACES THAT ARE TUCKED AWAY OFF THE A13 WHERE IF YOU SEE IT AND DON’T KNOW ABOUT IT YOU’D PROBABLY DRIVE STRAIGHT PAST IT AND MISS OUT BIG TIME !! Food was good. However, the other negative aspects are great for me to be able to recommend this restaurant! The decoration was amazing. However, wooden floors are not practical as they reflect the voices of everyone in the room, I started getting a headache after a while. It was very busy on Saturday, and although in most restaurants this wouldn't be a problem, it was here. Because of the wooden floors, every time they would bring the food trolley through, it would make a load of noise crashing around. Also, we were waiting 40 minutes for our drinks (in fact they forgotten that we ordered any and he asked us to re-order). And another 2 hours for our food. I was going to give them another 10 minutes to bring the food or a would walk out. Also, if you like your food customised, don't even bother asking. They use iPad's to take the orders and they don't have the facility to change a dish; what is on the menu is what you get! Trust me, I tried. If they would sort out the other issues, I am sure the restaurant would get full marks, but the great food and wide selection on the menu cannot make up for...

Nice venue but food was hit or miss, the service was quite slow and the management was very poor.

I was brought the wrong main for my meal. The waiter told me that they would bring me the correct main, when it arrived the curry was correct but it had the wrong meat. The dish was bland but I just wanted to finish the meal rather than spending more time correcting the order again.

Usually I can overlook these mistakes because accidents happen but this was not the only problem.

At the end of the meal we were brought the wrong bill. When the manager brought us the correct bill, they had charged us for the main that they had served in error despite the fact I did not eat it. When this was brought up the manager took one of the mains off of the bill. Generally he had a bad attitude throughout the whole interaction and did not apologise for double charging my main.

Only highlight was that the waiter who seated us was polite and friendly, and some of the sides were very nice. Will definitely not be eating here again or...
