Wow!!! Hot plates beef that just melted but was soooo tasty. 5 veg plus the crispiest toasties!!! Even the horseradish was great. Frank had fish and chips and his haw dropped. Succulent thick cod I the most wonderfully light batter and just such a memorable meal. The venue and food are exceptional..but the staff..well you're only as goid as those who represent your brand and this crew are outstanding. Thank you. We did not want to stop eating. My stay at the hotel was in two parts.

The room and general comfort were great. The price was fair. Staff are lovely.

But, the food! STODGE, STODGE and more STODGE. No fresh fruit as a breakfast salad, yogurts full of sugar and STODGE.

Absolute gem! We were worried there wouldn’t be many vegetarian options as the main menu only listed once, but we were welcomed with a whole vegan menu with extra options! The cheese soufflé was amazing, veggie burger really tasty, and the curry nice too. Massive portions and reasonable prices. Even the wine was reasonably priced and really nice.
