I have visited this bakers three maybe four times, i can not really fault the food or cleanliness, however the staff is always really rude, ignorant, unfriendly and sarcastic! I have always been polite to them, but they roll there eyes at me, and hurry me in to making a decision quickly. I'll not bother go ing back there after today, i would hope the staff is re trained or replaced. I will also leave reviews on various other...

They don't open on time! It's now 8.06am on Saturday and the shutters are still down and the door is locked! I am waiting for service but can't get in! Very poor and unacceptable, I dread to think how many customers walk away because the shop is closed. People are waiting outside and it's now...

Branch :- Super Friendly & helpful staff. Brand/Chain :- Waterfields manages to simultaneously offer the lowest quality of savoury baked goods of all their competition, whilst charging the highest prices, even the independent craft bakery that make everything on site...
