McDonald's — Restaurant in Epping Forest

i have just ordered breakfast, I am disabled and cannot get out much so this was supposed to be my breakfast for this morning until 12-1pm when I have lunch. i ordered via the just eat app (never again) it took a very long time but that's fine it's the weekend so they will be very busy, the just eat delivery driver turned up, gave me 2 bags, which they normally do, 1 for the drink other for the food. when I opened the bags there was no food! instead McDonalds charged me nearly £15 for 1 cappuccino and 1 hot chocolate! by the time I got back to the door the delivery driver had gone. I called this McDonalds I was clearly emotional that I had been completely robbed, I explained what had happend and that I am disabled and this is not breakfast and asked them to send the correct order, the manager was very rude, told me to contact just eat and put the phone down! on someone clearly emotional, didnt offer to help in anyway shape or form, blamed the delivery driver for forgetting the food, when intact it was McDonalds who gave the delivery driver the food therefore it's their mess up. the food from here isnt that nice anyway but the one I normally use hasnt recived their delivery so they dont have a lot of things on their menu. I am disgusted with the staff at this place, the lack of compassion is immense, thank you for leaving me hungry and £14 out of pocket, I wont be able to eat now until this afternoon, spent my last but of spare money on this I am so upset, just eat wont refund all of my money, I will be taking...

Stopped in here in October on the way back from London for some dinner with my wife and my nephew. It was convenient, situated just before you jump on the M11 back to Cambridge.

Well, our experience has put me off for life. McDonald’s came out with the McPlant, and I finally thought that I could enjoy a McDonald’s without the risk of having to totally unnecessarily murder animals to feed ourselves, and with the poorest cuts of meat you can grind into a pink paste before frying.

Anyway, me and the other half each ordered a McPlant; myself a double patty and she had just the standard McPlant burger.

Well, I think mine was ok - it only came with a single patty, even though I had paid extra for two. But it had the taste and texture of a standard McPlant.

We left the restaurant and on the way home, miles up the road the other half opened her McPlant up and started eating. It was meat. First mouthful, she got 2 bits of gristle. Beyond meat burgers (or any vegan alternative meat burgers) don’t contain gristle, but this was clear to see. It had a slight metallic taste, and was quite clearly meat. It was packaged in a McPlant box, so it wasn’t supposed to be meat. But it was.

Absolutely disgusted, neither of us are ever visiting any of the McDonalds restaurants anywhere ever again. Once the trust is broken, that’s that. If you don’t have vegan burgers, don’t serve meat and think we won’t notice/there won’t be any comeback. It’s taking the piss out of your customers. Totally...

We was hungry so we turned to Mcdonalds, like always! We done a delivery because we thought it would be quicker, we used uber eats. I made it priority just so it does come quicker, it said 15-20 mins and that was an EXTRA £2. The delivery driver was really nice, cant blame him, his name was rashed. Bear in mind i made it priority, it came in triple that time. Yes thats right, i waited ONE WHOLE HOUR for a mcdonald’s order. And it isnt even a far distance from my house. The chips were cold, burnt, and flavourless. Soggy, floppy and off putting. The chicken nuggets were that cold, they were turning hard, a bit of it chipped my tooth and i now have to book an emergency dentist appointment. Like the chips they were also flavourless. The chicken burger i got, was also cold. It made us question if they were cooked at all. The brownie was breaking apart when we unwrapped it. We believe it is uncooked due to it sticking to the wrapper, if you stuck a knife through the middle it would be covered in batter. The milkshakes dont taste like chocolate which is what it was meant to be like. You couldn't even suck a tiny drop throught the horrible and pathetic...
