KFC March - Wisbech Road — Restaurant in Fenland District

Used to be consistently good, but has been going down drastically in the last 2-4 months. Very dirty. Nobody makes an effort to clean the tables, or the floors, or the toilets. Staff is constantly shouting, laughing, shouting swear words at eachother across the kitchen. Food gets served cold. Every time I go lately, the chicken pieces systematically end up being tiny little chicken wings. I saw a guy serving food at the drive through, by picking up the chicken from the top heater, and DROPPING them into the bucket from a height, with the bucket sitting on the counter. Every single of my chicken pieces was completely destroyed as a result, with all the coating coming off the meat broken, absolute mess. Another time, we got drive through again, and there was a swimming pool of oil at the bottom of the bucket. I'm talking so much of it that the pieces at the bottom were all mushy and falling apart and soaking in grease. One inch of the bottom of the bucket was a pool of oil, almost as though it went straight from the deep fryer to the bucket without draining anything. Absolutely could not eat it and went in the bin. Had a meal inside the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting in there, every single table smothered in food, the floor covered in food and rubbish, and my meal came with 6 chips (and yes I counted them). I will not longer use this kfc. It's such a shame, before that they used to be consistently great. But enough is enough and I shall not...

Food was nice and hot. What you would expect as the norm at a brand such as kfc. The only reason I rated this branch a 3 was that the restaurant inside was not busy at all. Just 3 customers including myself. The lady that packed my meal seemed to be in a rush for some reason unbeknown to myself but she did not put my supercharger dip in the meal. She did not pack a spork in my box and there was not the packaged napkin salt and pepper and wipe. So although the food was nice the service left a little to be desired. The staff member should think about how she would feel had these items been missing had she been the customer. I could have gone back and asked for these but it still does not remove the fact they were missing and I was not of the I tension of wasting energy on somebody that clearly was not concerned from the outset ......nit really what I expect from a branded restaurant...

I've never given a 1 star before but sadly have to today , this has to be one of if not "the worst" KFC I've ever been to , inside was absolutely filthy , food scattered all over the floor and tables , the staff too busy having a chin wag and blatantly ignoring customers waiting at the counter to order , it definitely wasn't busy today there was only us and two other customers inside and one customer waiting at the drive thru and we waited for 20mins for our order (there was 6 staff members so not understaffed) , had a bucket deal with items missing , used the women's toilet and if you're familiar with the artist Jackson Pollock (Google him if not) you'll think it's one of his masterpieces in the toilets (it definitely wasn't paint scattered everywhere if you catch my drift) , so can say hand on heart definitely won't be returning to this place not even if...
