9th Avenue Enniskillen — Restaurant in Fermanagh and Omagh District

First and last time dinning in this place. Customer service is non existent. Chips and goujons were disgusting. 2 kids didnt eat their meals and i couldnt blame them... whatever they fry the chips and chicken in is disgusting such a twang of grease. Complained at till as they never bothered to ask during our meal if all was ok or if they could get us anything else.... didnt bother to ask if we wanted desserts.... charged full price when 2 kids didnt eat thier meal... complained at til only to be told they dont get complaints.... went to the bowling after the dreadful meal and staff asked mebif the baby was playing... she is 18 months.... wanted to charge for her aswell... UNBELIEVABLE...AVOID AT ALL COSTS WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND STAFF GOD DAM RUDE WHEN THEY DONT LIKE YOU...

I have eaten in 9th Avenue several times over the years and always found it very satisfactory but today l discovered they had installed an open plan bowling alley in the adjacent unit.The noise from it was deafening and it spoilt the whole experience. On paying l complained to a senior member of staff but was dismissed by her referring to me as "an old grump".This was not the response l was expecting as a paying customer. I will not be going back or recommending it to anyone. l strongly suggest that the owner install some sort of soundproofing and send that member of staff on basic customer...

Today I visited the 9th Avenue in Enniskillen for brunch and had an amazing experience. I ordered the spinach sourdough with avocado, fried eggs, changed bacon to goat's cheese, and it was incredibly delicious. I've never had anything better! My partner got a burger and he was very happy with it as well. We also enjoyed our drinks; I had a latte that was super tasty. The girl that was serving us was excellent! Great thanks! I highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a fantastic meal. Special compliments to the chefs for their outstanding work. We will definitely come...
