had a really upsetting experience at Little Switzerland. My friends and I went there to enjoy the view and planned to have some coffee. We had just parked outside the café and were looking around when a big man, who introduced himself as the owner, suddenly came up to us in a very aggressive manner. He immediately started questioning why we were there.
I explained politely that we were going to buy some coffee, but instead of welcoming us, he walked towards us in a hostile way and told us to leave. When I reassured him that we intended to buy something, he said, “I don’t like your attitude, you have to leave.” I was completely stunned. When I asked why, he got even more aggressive and told me to go back to my car and leave.
This was an incredibly unpleasant and humiliating experience, especially as I had friends visiting me from out of town and wanted to show them a nice spot. The breakfast was a bit of a joke I asked to have bread and butter instead of fried bread and was told that that would be a extra charge! So I loose a slice of bread to be charged extra to have a slice of bread! As you can’t swap things! I asked for half and half beans and tomatoes to be told they don’t do that I have to pay extra for beans. Then a Cup of tea is £2 😂🤦♂️ beans were freezing tea was Lukewarm! This came...
