Rose and Crown — Restaurant in Folkestone and Hythe District

Hi everyone. I have to leave some feedback on this lovely place. I work for Crosskeys travel as a coach driver and took a large party for Christmass dinner after an afternoon out. I was surprised to find that I also had a complementary dinner for free. The staff were attentive and relaxed even though under pressure. Stuart & Jacqui run this beautiful pub. They are superb landlords who interact with their customers, old and new. Nice area for a party, birthday meal ( we've sat down 17), always happy to decorate for you if you drop banners/balloons etc off first. Children welcome and not frowned upon. Awful! No heating, hot water, or WiFi in the room. Mattress was thin, old and feel every spring! Cobwebs in the lamp shades and found someone’s dirty sock on the floor! No food was being served.
