A lovely local pub, filled with lots of characters… Jenny is very friendly and service is always good. They run lots of live music over weekends which is fun. Child friendly garden space. They serve Spitfire lager, which I really like. Great place to stop off if you are visiting and need a rest after walking up the hill 😆 (*Jenny is now serving food on certain days)

Superb food and service Friendly staff Proper lovely pub I had the steak pie off the specials and it was extremely tasty and was a proper pie, none of this casserole with puff pastry lid nonsense My wife had the Cajan burger which had fresh chilli Chips are very good Nice IPA on draft

Went there a couple times as we rented an AirBnb in the area. Lovely well kept pub that also serves food. Love music is played there once a month. They also have a pub quizz starting in September. Good amount of parking onsite and lovely garden out front.
