Unfortunately would have given 5 stars as I have had around 5/6 lovely deliveries from here, but tonight I ordered 2 kebab wraps which my son's said were lovely, however my pizza was clearly burnt, now I would still recommend and will still use and you may ask why didn't you ring to complain or get a new pizza, it's because whoever sent this pizza out knew fine and well it was burnt however decided to still send it, you as a chip/pizza shop do so well but need to have a word with your chef 10/7/2020 as my pizza was truly inedible i would quite happily of waited another 30 mins for a replacement as opposed to having this sent, UPADTE I have just ordered again and the lady I spoke to was aware of this review and took the steps to rectify the situation, it is good to know as a business you take the time to read reviews and act upon them as I said above I would always still have used your shop and after this display of customer service will most certainly continue to use you, well done...

I wanted to try some local food shops since I am new to the place. So my friends and I came across this shop. We had the chicken tikka wrap with chips and cheese, chicken tikka wrap with salad, and fish and chips. We were honestly astonished that the servings were big 😁😁😁 Uhm, maybe we are not used to see food shop crew not wearing disposable gloves preparing food, but at least for hygienic purposes - it would be best to use. Because mostly in another place, even in the third world country, they are using disposable aprons and gloves while preparing food. But anyways, food was ok. Then it was a little bit awkward when one of the staff was like rude(?) when we asked which food was their best seller - of course we wanted to try their best seller but she didn’t like the question perhaps 🤔🤔🤔 I think it would be better if they would put 1-2 tables just at least for costumers who would grab a bite inside the...

The food is very delicious, iv never had bad food from here and iv been ordering for over 3 years, I recommend the Tiwary pizza it will blow your mind, the staff are very friendly however they always seem a little under staffed, as someone who works in food it's a great idea to really get the staffing right, quick attentive service will always keep your customers really happy, overall I really like this store and will continue to order...
