I'm seriously shocked with this takeway, my wife asked for battered sausage which is £1.60 and a large bottle of iron brew, which was priced labelled at £1.49, however the guy behind the till attempted to charge her £2.50 for the pop. I know it's only 1£ but that is besides the point it is the principal of trying to charge someone for something clearly priced at £1.49 on the label by the manufacturer. Its shocked me that they have the brazen ordacity to actually attempt this kind of thing. I would pay 2.50 for the pop if it wasn't labelled otherwise. I don't like food from here either as I've received burnt, undercooked and generally poor quality food in the past when getting delivery orders and to say they are unhelpful when you ring to complain is an understatement to say the least so when I rang to complain about burnt pizza, a cheese patty that had old chips holding it together and cheese burnt black on my cheesey chips I was told I'd get a replacement order sent within 1 hour if the food sent originally sent to me was untouched when I rang back an hour later to ask where my replacement order was I was told that the they were preparing to close shop for the night so no replacementwas being sent and sorry the inconvenience, baring in mind it was only 9.30pm and they don't close till around 11pm-ish. Really bad service all round, they're only interested in taking your money and nothing more and judging from the really poor food quality to begin with I find it really difficult to trust them not to mess with the food in other ways aswell, my latest visit was out necessity as all other local shops were closed however I will not be going back ever again after this latest incident of them trying to sell me something that was priced at 1.49 on the label for almost double its value, words can't describe my shock at this shameless attempt at trying to make...

I never make a bad review unless warranted. But holy, that was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a bottle of coke with my food, the driver sits scratching his head when I ask him where it is, I ask him to read the receipt or let me have a look, he reads it 3 times and doesn’t show me. When I say I’ll check my phone he replies ohhhhh yes there’s a bottle of coke, I have one in my car for the next delivery? What? Now to the food, I had a chicken Parmesan and let me tell you, this was the worst chicken parm I’ve ever had. Swimming in grease, cooked in bad oil, barely any sauce, I bit into it and grease was all over my mouth and it tasted rank too. The chips were half awful half alright. But it was shocking over all quality and taste wise. Had me on the toilet within the hour. My friend had the mixed wrap and he said it was below average and the only thing saving it was the garlic sauce otherwise the chicken and kebab would be dry. Awful experience, I won’t come...

Rang up 22.10pm they took my order and said they could deliver to bensham just of rectory road they were fine at first delivery dint arriver had to ring back 23.24pm and said the worst deliver un less I pay another £5 but they said total of what I ordered was £23 including delivery when I rang up at 22.10pm and when I asked were was my order that what they said we won't deliver unless I pay the extra so I said it's OK just cancel it and he he said fcuk and slamed the phone donw and then after 22.33pm they tried to ring me so dint bother to answer so if you want a good serving go some were else then here I very ill with heart failure and typ2 diabetic and lympedima odema and just fanced something to eat and this is what we get treat like absolutely offensive...
