So visited the store today spending £10 breakfast was served by a trainee lady called Helen whom I assume was new she did a great Job getting our items and serving us in timely manor one of her colleagues who was wearing a mask was not very nice could sense the work environment been a tad toxic and didn’t really seem to like this persons attitude she was putting food out and was told abruptly to move at the way while we was stood waiting and then I believe a drink got spilled behind the scenes she got the mop and it the mop stayed there in the food prep area I then went onto witnessing her speak not so nicely to other customers I mean come on we are paying customers this is the thanks we get .. as for the trainee hats off to her do well.. don’t let the colleges bully you

Read moreWent in again today....it was lunchtime....more staff and still no pasties! With that many staff how are you not ready, not even any cooking!! When I got home I had really bad stomach ache, due to the fact that the sausage rolls were under cooked. (I just shouted down the big white telephone) My daughter and granddaughter both feel the same. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!

Visited Greg's at Victoria retail park. Staff come across as very snappy,rushed , almost rude and don't really listen or just appear like they do not want to be there,so mistakes or misunderstanding is high. You feel you are inconveniencing them by asking for something. Something isn't right. milk container/flask with lid you use to add milk to hot drinks isn't clean either,there's bits of food and dirt inside the lid on removal . It's obvious its put back in the fridge at the end of the day and just continuely refilled...
