Cold food I can sometimes excuse (although for this Greggs it has become the norm) but rudeness from staff I won't put up with so you've lost a customer. It's been a few times now, different people each time. The most recent was the girl behind the counter called the next person up, which was me, and she said 'no not you, you' to a man behind me. Strangest thing that she would call someone behind me forward, but if there was a legitimate reason why she did then just a simple 'excuse me / sorry'. Language is important!
