Angel House — Restaurant in Great Britain

Right where shall i start, After ordering nearly every week for the last good few years Ive been let down terrible. Last week I ordered number 75 stir fried king prawns with green peppers in black bean sauce,(Which was not many black beans and in unwanted oil)I took one mouthful and spat it out it was horrible and full of oil 2/3rds. But I gave them the benefit of doubt as weve had good meals from there. Friday 27/12/24 I ordered again this time number 77 stir fried king prawns with mixed vegetables i opened the container it was floating in oil and Unedible again. So this time i took a picture and did A fire test by putting a piece of kitchen roll to the juice and set it alight it burst into flames, Where my son in laws meal didnt( It would not Ignite) Please see the photo included with the oil floating on the top, I will mention we have never had a complaint before and can only think of a new Cook/Chef, I will never order from the Angel house Abertridwr again...

I switched to Angel House after China Boy's portions got smaller and the food started to taste different and boy, what a choice I made! My work makes me travel a lot, so I've tried different Chinese takeaways up and down England and Wales. I can testify that Angel House is the best Chinese you will ever try! The food is always freshly prepared and piping hot. I usually get a delivery, it's always on time, accurate and well-packaged. The food itself is genuinely so tasty with that umami flavour that makes you eat more and more. The ingredients are extremely high quality and the portions are huge. I cannot fault them and I've been eating there for years whenever I'm home. The food is just always spot on. Thanks...

An hour passed and still no food so called them. They said it will come but have to wait a bit longer........ 2 & half hours later still waiting for food so tried ringing again but no answer for over half hour (200calls) eventually got through and they said it’s on its way. I explained that it’s already been 3 hours and I’ve been ringing to cancel but couldn’t get through etc.... and they put the phone down on me!!!! When food came it wasn’t even hot. Such a shame as loved this place but won’t be going back due to...
