Big T's American Grill — Restaurant in Great Britain

I saw this new company on Wrexham Eats and was excited to try them. I ordered a burger and hot dog and paid but got a call saying they had no hot dogs left so would reimburse me for that if I didn't want anything else, which I didn't. I waited for my burger, which took an hour and a half to arrive (half an hour longer than originally advised) but appreciated they were new and busy, so didn't hold it against them. When my burger finally arrived it didn't have the egg or bacon toppings which I had ordered, so I was quite disappointed and emailed to let them know. They apologised and said they would give me a refund and a voucher, which I was really pleased with....

It has now been 4 weeks since I made that first order, I have contacted them 6 times and have yet to receive a refund for the hot dog I never got, any money back for the incorrect burger, or the promised voucher. We ordered from Big T's tonight for the first time, very disappointed . Although the burgers tastied char grilled the toppings that we wanted where in short supply. Cheese sauce on my burger was soaked into the roll, so in effect not there. Gherkins considered of 6 bits ( as big as my finger nail) and 1 tiny half slice of tomato.
