Absolutely horrible place. Please no one buy from here, first of you have to ring them over 50times for anyone to answer, secondly the food evertime we ordered came late and when opening the food, it was absolutely stone cold, there was no fillet in my burger. I ordered a chicken burger and just received a bun with salad. These guys are running a few different business's under the same roof so always messing orders up. Also when you call them to put a complaint they can not understand clear English making it an incredibly difficult scenario. They don't have any clue how to treat their customers and unfortunately I will never ever order from here again. I have made it clear and even made little posters to hand around the local area just advising how horrible a company this is. Please people do not, I mean DO NOT ORDER from here, it will save everyone the disappointment and money

I ordered burgers via Uber eats and when it arrived, burger bun was soggy around the edges and meat was raw. I called to complain and was basically told there's nothing they can do and to state whether I wanted it well done next time. I was told all burgers are made medium rare to well done and to state this. I cannot see anywhere that this is required when placing an order. Then I was told to request a refund via ubereats and I have yet to see anywhere on the app where I can request this. Poor customer service

Very, very good food. Tried this place for the first time tonight and I’ll be back for sure, a hidden gem - the Flyover burger is what KFC tower burgers SHOULD taste like (nice thick fillet, light but flavoursome with good sauce and a perfect hash brown), while the Hot Chick was a winner if you like them hot. Chips were solid too. Want a beef burger next because if they’ve cracked the chicken burgers like they have, I know the beef will be great.

Some of these negative reviews are mad as well, trying to call things out that aren’t in the restaurants hands. Don’t judge from them, try it and see...
