I’m absolutely livid with these people ordered food last night and when the girl called to confirm it with me it was wrong we was selecting option no as we thought it was to add extras on top of what we ordered so cancelled the order. Tonight I had to use the laptop to order as it wouldn’t go through on my phone their system is obviously faulty as we selected sides sauces cheese for our burgers large kebab meal deal. When it arrived the chips was missing also the cheese off our burgers. Called the shop to sort it out and was passed around the staff not wanting to rectify the problem. I returned the food to the shop and showed them I cannot login on my phone yet still placed blame on me also refusing to refund me my money so I demanded cash and was then told I’ll might get a refund after they was going to fight with my boyfriend

We was not racist at all you kept telling me to call the police but there was no need to call them on my behalf you asked my boyfriend to leave the shop which he did and asked you to not speak to me the way you was as it was totally disrespectful and yes I had to shout as there was so much going on for me to be heard but you was in the wrong as chips was missing and there was no cheese on the burgers I’ve contacted the Dine Order company and they have confirmed your app is the old version and they are calling me regarding this and issuing my refund due to your mistakes

Good, clean takeaway with some excellent deals on pizzas and a solid menu with lots of choice. Food is of good quality in general. Their pizzas, while unusual as they are square, are in my opinion the best in the area and the best value around. Great tasting with plenty of good quality toppings and freshly made inhouse dough I can't rate their pizzas high enough. Burgers, chicken and sundries are all very well prepared. Their website is the best takeaway website I've used to date and delivery times while not lightning fast are good and better than most of the equivalent competition in the area. The only reason I couldn't give them 5 stars is their lamb donner meat in my opinion is sub par. The quality of the meat doesn't seem the best and I'm not sure if it's stored in the steam drawers to keep warm but it lacks flavour, and the greyish colour is somewhat off putting. This ONLY applies to the lamb donner meat, as their chicken donner, shish and kofte kebabs are outstanding in both quality and flavour. If the lamb donner meat issue is fixed then I will definately give 5 stars. One more suggestion I wish not just chickoland but more takeaways would adopt for their kebabs is serving the pitta bread separate and not under all the meat so it gets soggy. To summarise you will be very pleased with your food from here unless you want a good donner kebab then look elsewhere but for everything else these guys...

I've had no issue in the past and I admit I should have left a good review previously, but my recent experience has changed my opinion of this place. I ordered food as usual. Took a little longer than expected, completely fine. When it arrived (3 items), one of the items was completely different to what I had ordered. I called up to find out why this happened and the gent on the phone said, "Oh we ran out of what you wanted so we put that in instead. She did call you to say". I had no call which was confirmed when I heard him asking the lady in the background and she said "i forgot". He gave no apology and even TRIED TO HANG UP BY SAYING GOODBYE. Not until I questioned it did he even suggest I get my money back for the item I bought and didnt receive.

Unfortunately I won't buy from here again. It's only a small amount of money but the principal is they tried to take it and didnt apologise nor offer refund until prompted. Dont mess with people's...
