Probably the best bacon roll I've ever had, but the burgers and everything else is fantastic as well. I've been stopping at Joseph's for over 20 years, and never been disappointed. Everything is freshly cooked and he keeps his griddle spotless, so everything tastes of what it should, rather than what he cooked last. It's never swimming in fat either. I have been going to Josef's burger trailer for years usually with my motorcycle friends more recently I go for a ride in one of my car's or my motorscooter a 300 cc Honda Forza. The burgers are cordenblue quality and very filling great value. Nice place to stop has a portaloo if you are stuck. I am again...

Such a friendly guy who serves with a smile and is so humble for your custom..eager to please..and likes to make convo with you. The food is brilliant! Well cooked..and good prices. We had 2 baguettes with egg, sausage and bacon and 2 cans of coke. £11 all in....
