Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Great Britain

This place is such a let down.

I was really looking forward to this place opening but I have been sadly disappointed three times now. Absolutely useless place

Went when it first opened and I could forgive any teething problems but it wasn't good. It was a summers day and the place was full of wasps, if you are like me and are terrified of wasps this was enough to make me leave but I didn’t, I thought I would sit it out and be a real trooper!

I got talking to a member of the team and mentioned the wasps, she turned and said, its illegal for us to kill them or have a trap within the store – I have never heard such nonsense in all my days

Secondly, the place isn't clean by any stretch, the tables that you can use have food or spilt drinks on them

The staff really have no idea what they are doing either, they have managed to get my order wrong three times out of the three times I have been.

They ask for your name when you order the drink but then don't actually shout it when you collect, I ended up with someone else's order one time and the next time the same drink given to me twice

They way they manage the process from ordering to making the drink to then actually giving you it is laughable, you should go in and experience it its like something from a circus because they don't communicate with with each with who's on with what or who's order

Avoid stopping here unless you like to waste time waiting, getting stressed and ending up with a drink you...

UPDATE: NO VEGAN OPTIONS. TWICE. On my way to Skegness and back, Nothing Savory for my Lunch to Eat. I think there was a Vegan Muffin... But that's it. I'm glad I planned ahead and had something in my Car to eat. The Soya Cappuccino was Nice. On my way to Skegness, I asked if there were any Vegan Savory options available (like in the back) but they didn't seem bothered when they said there wasn't anything for Vegans. One employee even said there was a cheese potato hash style option but obv Cheese is not Vegan. They didn't even ask if I wanted Coffee. I had to ask to order one. Really Disappointed at how Uncaring the staff were. Don't think I will return to this Services/Starbucks. Also the bins in the car park were overflowing, so not nice to see...

There is the option to go in and sit down or go through the drive through. I struggled slightly with the entrance door but it was warm and welcoming inside. I only have 4 stars because there wasn't very many vegan options... I was hoping for the Falafel Wrap but it had been replaced with a Christmas option which didn't sound appealing. The coffee was lovely though! The soya milk was free, but I think other dairy options...

visited yesterday after being let down saturday after there was very little food available at 8.30am due to a non delivery. wasnt impressed i had to repeat my coffee order several times , got to the window to discover yet another new trainee staff member (have never seen her there before) - is it really necessary to have so much makeup on and such long manicured nails ? katie definitely gave off the impression of being more bothered about her appearance than being able to do the job. she could barely use the till due to her excessive nails . is there not some kind of dress code / standard to be adhered to ? people come to buy food from competent staff who know their job - i prefer to use a business which is customer focussed , with staff capable of doing their job - not a fashion parade for giggly school leavers. totally...
