Warning...The details of my experience may cause stress and anxiety. I am a huge subway fan and have given this beautiful disaster 5 chances now, due to my love for subway. However, the experience of visiting this store is just unbearable. If there are 2ppl in the queue, set aside half hr to be served, if 3-4ppl, set aside one hour. More than 4, put some gloves on and make it yourself. The staff are so slow and incompetent, I was concerned for their safety should there be a fire in the building. I could go on, but to summarise their incompetency, they were running low on bread and not even loaded the oven with reserves, fillings such a meatballs running low and not prepping anything ready. I've been charged 3 different prices for the same product, purely because the staff are clueless. The owner needs to get there asap to turn it around because the portion sizes are out of control and the sloths need a rocket injected...
Read morethere's not that much nice to say about subway normally, but other than the employees there is nothing good to say about this one. the queues are unreasonably long and slow, the food is disappointingly normal subway quality and despite opening last week the equipment is hardly functioning. they over-charged both me and a friend and wouldn't allow one of my friends to use his points, despite charging another friend points when he asked to not use points. but hey, at least the employees...
