The Old Smiddy Inn — Restaurant in Great Britain

One of the best and loveliest pubs I've ever been in. Great food, great atmosphere, great bar room with an open fire and old blacksmith tools, and a TV playing programs like The Chase. Small selection of beers and cider, 4 taps all together, but enough to suit most people. Plenty of spirts on offer too. Some of the nicest pub food I've ever had, and Alice the bar woman/landlady is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Would love to go back again. Cheap too.

Great wee boozer, home to the leader of the Highland Corruption!

You'll always find him here unless he is out salting the roads and ploughing the snow by hand. Or picking litter. Or cutting the verges. Or watching his dad cut the grass at the circle! What a man he is. Absolute scenes the first time it happened. The warden of Thrumster gets fair thirsty! And a cracking wee boozer to quench that thirst. Try and avoid the shrieking if you can from the band. But otherwise would give 6...

Prawn cocktail was like a meal in it's self it was huge, steak n chips cooked to perfection had so much to eat I had no room for pudding :( lovely place to go n staff are very nice n friendly. Photo is of the half eaten prawn cocktail. Went back again had room for pudding this time amazing hot chocolate fudge cake mmmmmm

Been again this time had tattie soup it was to die for and I'm fussy when it comes to soup.
