Kings Head — Restaurant in Great Yarmouth

We came for Sunday lunch, it's quite and had a cosy atmosphere plenty of tables. For lunch we chose the Roast beef. The barmaid was very nice and friendly and didn't mind me asking what the price was, (I didn't notice any price for the roasts but there is a blackboard of specials that had prices). Popped into the Kings Head and it did not disappoint. We both had the Sunday roast, turkey and beef. The food was delicious and for only £8.95 for a regular portion, it was well worth the money. Friendly staff who made us feel welcome and if you are ever holidaying in Hemsby, this place is a must! We would definitely return if we were up that way...

What a fantastic find! Really lovely pub, lovely modern fit inside and a beer festival with a really good selection of beers. Landlady was really friendly and knowledgeable on the beers. And what was good is the locals were really friendly too (not always the case on a local pub). Definitely will be visiting again when back in the area. Thank you...
