Ladies and Gentlemen, distinguished patrons, and those yet to discover the hidden gem that is The Foresters.
I stand before you today, compelled by an experience so exceptional that it demands not mere words but a celebration. The Foresters Pub is more than just a place to unwind—it is a haven of warmth, hospitality, and unparalleled service. But tonight, I wish to speak not just of the pub itself, but of three remarkable men whose dedication to their craft has left an indelible mark on my heart.
These three gentlemen; Harry, Jack and Sam, whose names deserve to be etched in gold, went above and beyond in ways that far exceeded even the loftiest expectations. From the moment I crossed the threshold, I was greeted not as a guest, but as an honored friend, and their attentiveness was nothing short of extraordinary.
Their service was like a finely orchestrated symphony—seamless, harmonious, and filled with moments of brilliance. Every need was anticipated with a level of precision that can only be described as masterful. Their recommendations were not merely suggestions, but thoughtful insights delivered with a genuine desire to elevate our experience. And let us not forget the kindness—the warmth with which they interacted, making every exchange feel personal and heartfelt.
These men did not just serve—they uplifted. They transformed an evening out into an unforgettable occasion. Their grace, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to excellence are qualities that set The Foresters Pub apart from all others. It is because of them that this establishment shines so brightly.
To the patrons who have not yet experienced this magic, I say—go, and let these gentlemen show you what true hospitality looks like. For I assure you, their service is not just good—it is *egendary.
To The Foresters Pub, I raise my glass, and to these three exemplary men, I offer my deepest thanks. They have made this not just a pub, but a place where memories are crafted and where every visitor leaves feeling not just satisfied but truly valued.
Thank you. God...
Read moreWe waited on arrival at the check in desk and were completely ignored for 10 minutes. One waitress said she would go and get someone, eventually came back herself and managed to seat us. Another 10 minute wait for drinks (2 cokes). We asked if we could order food as well at that time as if we hadn't I don't think we would have been asked for ages. Order taken - 2 appetisers , 2 mains. I tried to order two different things and neither were available, left with only one option. We should have been told this when initially given the menus. We were then left for another half hour at which time I had to go and find someone and ask when we could expect the food. It was actually all ready (I'm not sure how long it had been sitting there), but that meant the appetisers came out at the same time as the main courses which is not really acceptable. We spoke to someone who said he would arrange for the appetisers to be taken off the bill (this was done when we paid). The food was fine, the service was chaotic at best, and bookings should be limited if they can't be managed. We had zero service for half an hour and were ignored on entering the restaurant. It seemed that either all the waitresses were clearing and moving tables, at one point 3 of them at one table, and yet nobody could come over to check if we were ok, they were avoiding eye contact completely. It is part of customer service to make sure that expectations are managed, at no point were we informed that there would be an extensive delay and actually the food was ready for ages - why are staff not going into the kitchen to check? Disappointing at best especially since the food was fine, understand being busy but not prepared to be ignored. I have to score a 2 for...
