Greggs — Restaurant in Havant

I purchased a couple of pastries, including a sausage roll and a cheese and onion bake, and to my surprise, they were both stone cold. I understand that there can be fluctuations in temperature, but this was more than just a slight drop—these pastries were downright cold and unappetizing. It’s really disappointing when you’re expecting a warm, tasty treat, only to be met with something that seems like it’s been sitting out for far too long. It’s not the standard of quality I associate with Greggs, and I’m sure many customers feel the same way. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as I believe that ensuring your pastries are served warm and fresh is crucial to maintaining the high standards your brand...

Went to get some pasties and sandwiches. The staff were lovely but the pasties were cold and stale. Took them back as they were not good and was told they had no heating counter. In fairness the staff were very good but were unable to offer us hot pasties. We finally settled on some luke warm ones not ones we would have chosen. They need a heat counter in there or the waste will end up closing it down. Would have given it a 1 star if not...

The staff are excellent and always make it a pleasure to visit. 4 stars for food because as with all Greggs they do not keep food warm. It's pot luck if you get a hot or cold sausage roll and as we all know, Greggs sausage rolls are impressive when they're hot or hot but horrible when they're cold. This is not a snub in this branch as they are above excellent, but come on Greggs, would it hurt to keep my sausage...
