I went with my family yesterday to cheer us up after receiving bad news . We were waiting for about 5 minutes with our small children and servers kept passing up by without acknowledging us so we thought maybe we just need to sit down. Usually servers will say please wait a minute , but no one said anything. They just looked at us and passed us by. We decided to sit down and one of the waiters told us he will see what he can do because he’s not sure if we needed to have a reservation. He then got a 20 year old boy. So rude ! He came up to us annoyed and said what the problem was . We said oh we just sat our selves down as we’ve been waiting. He said well that’s not how it works here ! You need a reservation. That’s fair enough but as we explained we didn’t know what to do. Specially when you have small children and they were getting worked up. The little 20 year old boy needs some manners . I couldn’t believe how he spoke to us. I’ve never had a child be so condescending to me. We weren’t rude about it or anything. He then said we can sit at the bar. At this point I was very annoyed at how he spoke to us and I just told my husband I didn’t want to eat there. There’s a way to speak to people! You just don’t say with an attitude that’s not how it works here !!!! He could’ve said im really sorry but we are so busy you need a reservation but if you’d like you can sit at the bar! That’s all he had to say. Even as he told us to sit at he bar he wasn’t even nice about it. He’s tone was so rude ! That little 20 year old boy need to be taught some manners. It really put me off coming there .
