Awful!!!

Would give 0 stars if there was an option to!!

Can't get meals right. Things missing & wrong on our plates then having to wait for items while food is going cold!

Rude elderly waitress who stood arguing with us over the absolute rubbish food and service and then wondered why we got annoyed at the fact that she just would just not go away and leave us! Then had the audacity to accuse us of purposely coming in to cause trouble! Yeah right!.....we always go out of our way to book a meal a week in advance with family to purposely complain!🤣🤦‍♀️ We wouldn't of needed to complain if things were right in the first place!!

She didn't even know what was on the menu and argued that a garnish shouldn't be on mixed grill until she went and read the menu!! And it was on there! Chef should know exactly what's meant to be on the meals! Rude young waitresses pulling faces.

People shouting,swearing and arguing in bar area right next to the restaurant while we were trying to have a family meal.

When people work hard for their money and its not cheap at all here,you want your meals correct with at least a polite waitress!

Didn't even eat our meals. We got up and walked out!

Never again and certainly do not recommend this...

Booked online, wasn't as easy as it could have been as it wouldnt allow us to book the family area, but when we arrived the staff were able to seat us there with no problem which was good. All staff were courteous and polite, all wearing masks and following social distancing guidelines.

Nice park for the children, however a huge 'no no' for me is that it didnt have a gate, therefore kids could easily run out and get to a busy road (obviously I know its parents responsibility, however I personally believe parks should have gates).

The menu situation is a little odd, depending on where you sit you access a different menu, we had the choice of pizzas and dirty chips. £8 for a kids meal is a little too expensive.

We were told upon arrival that they were low on staff but our order was taken promptly and food was served quickly. The pizzas were fantastic, really tasty and covered in toppings. The dirty fries were really tasty too. I would...

Amazing food, exceptional service. We called for a table booking today 12/09/21 and Lucy managed to get us a last minute table for 2. She was very polite and patient on the phone when I asked if my gluten free dietary requirement could be met. Lucy checked details with the chef and reassured me of what was suitable for me to eat and other questions I had. When we arrived we were allocated a table and the services was very good. All waiting staff that approached us were courtiess and the food that arrived was presented very well. We did not expect this for a pub restaurant and more importantly the food was amazing and every bit of it was to our taste so complements to the chefs. We met Lucy who I spoke to on the phone to make the booking and she was lovely and answered a few more questions I had. Even the gravey was gluten free... What a bonus!!!
