Lovely place, food was good but disorganised and painfully slow service, there were two staff serving and both had no sense of urgency and couldn't have worked slower if they tried. Nobody clearing tables so they ran out of cups and just served in takeout cups instead. 2 long queues, one to buy then another to collect hot drinks, many customers stand in the wrong queue for quite some time before realising. The main queue is so long it's out the door and across the yard, this makes it awkward for staff serving to get to and from the kitchen as you queue in the doorway and then in the way of the kitchen entrance. The whole process needs a re-think.

I realise this is only a new addition to the premises but I would suggest that, maybe until the summer months, you need a larger area.
