Bilal Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Ireland

Normally a great takeaway delivered well fast and food is lovely However...tonight took over an hour to deliver (so not like them..) the food was cold and the naan bread was about half cooked and looked like it had just been mushed in the bag..poppadoms were broken to really small pieces.. maybe not the chefs fault and just the delivery driver...I'm sure his car went past my house 3 times..didnt look like the normal guy who delivers. Think I will be giving them a miss for a while to see if things change...

Food is always first class. Eaten here for 4 years now every weekend and food is amazing. Kebabs, pizza or Indian full of flavour and soo fresh. Never had one bad meal. My favourite takeway in bangor without a doubt. Delivery used to be not bad 20/30 minutes but recently started to take over a hour and sometimes longer. Really hope it improves. Hopefully just a shortage of drivers. Keep up the good work...

Shambolic.... Ordered on just eat 25 minutes before they closed. No confirmation of order, so I called them. No reply. Still advertising as open for business. Closed without acknowledgment so left without food and no response from the restaurant. There are way too many good Indians in the town to have to take a gamble on terrible service. Avoid...
