What an exceptional experience! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The coffee served was top-notch, meeting all my expectations and then some. Accompanied by my daughter and our furry friend as it´s dog friendly, we were welcomed with open arms, adding to the overall positive ambiance of the place. Despite arriving at 4 pm, finding ample seating was a breeze. Additionally, the convenience of their later closing time, at 5:30 pm, sets them apart as one of the few coffee shops in town that cater to those seeking a late afternoon pick-me-up. Truly a gem worth revisiting time and time again!

Date of Visit: 25/11/2023 - Dirty, uncleared tables everywhere (I understand that it’s a Saturday, but not one staff member came over to clear my dirty table, which was full of used cups, plates, and cutlery) It’s also worth mentioning that all the other dirty tables around me were ‘slowly’ getting cleared and wiped ! Looks like they’ve employed ‘kids’ (I get it’s ‘cheaper’) who seem more interested in chatting about what they are doing after their shift than making sure the business / franchise owner that pays their wages has customers who actually want to return… sadly, I won’t be one of them; I’m pretty certain I’m not alone ! Coffee… not too bad :(

A nice place to enjoy a hot cup of coffee especially on a cold day of December. Since I’ve been coming back several times for a few months already, almost all the cakes were delicious along with the pastries. Comfy wise okay as they have got sofas to sit on but I would advise for you to come around not on peak hours as the comfy seats get easily full. Some says empty plates/cups were being left on the tables but not a problem for me as I can just help and clear it for me to use. Other than that, I would recommend going to this cafe if you want to relax and enjoy a nice cup of coffee. Cheers! ☕️😌

I visited this Caffè Nero a few weeks ago and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The person who served me was not only rude but also dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. It's frustrating enough to receive poor service, but what made the situation even worse was the racial prejudice I encountered. I haven't experienced racism in a while, and to have it happen in this branch was both upsetting and surprising.

I felt compelled to reach out to Caffè Nero’s customer service, hoping that my complaint would be taken seriously. However, I was completely ignored. No response, no follow-up—just silence. This lack of acknowledgment only added to my frustration and reinforced how little they value customer feedback and experience.

Given the appalling service and the way my complaint was handled, I will definitely not be returning to this branch. It’s disappointing, especially since I’ve had good experiences at other Caffè Nero locations. I hope the management takes this seriously and works on addressing these issues, but for now, I’ll be taking my...

Wouldn't even give them one star but you can't give zero stars. Ordered a 2 good 2 go bag, pick up 1700 to 1730. Arrived at 1715 and it was closed. Lights on in the back and music playing, knocked on the door and nobody came. Rang them 3 times before they answered, the girl told me they closed because nobody came to collecting. Told her it's 1720 and app says collect between 1700 and 1730. The girl on the phone then changed her story and said no food left, told her that's not what the app said. My wife took over the phone call before I said something I shouldn't. She told my wife people usually collect before 1700, my wife told her the app says collect between 1700 and 1730.

Their was a bag of food on the counter the girl was obviously there because the music was on and she answered the phone.

Piss poor to be honest, went out of our way to collect this and had to pay for parking for nothing. I shall be ringing the manager tomorrow to complain officially.

The children are...

I've been here many times in the past few months and the quality of service has never wavered. If anything, it has increased, thus ensuring my continued patronage for many months to come!

I love their muffins (the "savoury English" kind, not the "large cupcake" kind, though they're pretty good, too!), and the wide range of panini is great for when you want something more substantial. And as for the caramel waffles? You'll have to pry them from the cold, dead spaces between my teeth!

The range of ice-blended milkshakes and fruit drinks have been life-savers during the recent hot weather and, although I'm not really a fan of straight coffee, their espresso is the nicest I've had so far. But the crème-de-la-crème of their liquid artistry is the Hot Chocolate Milano. Trust me: save this one solely for very...
