If I could I would give this 0 stars. The reason is because they DISCRIMINATED against my elderly nan who had a walking aid. We entered the cafe and tried to move the table to make it accessible to my nan who has difficulty walking due to a hip fracture. The owner then said "don't move the tables we can't get through" really rudely. We then sat my nan down in the chair closest available to her as she felt ill and needed to sit down as it was freezing aswell. The owner then came over again and said "I told you not to move the tables" as he was walking past. The service was awful and the staff were really rude and unaccommodating to elderly people. This was unacceptable and it made me feel unable to go in there anymore because the service was awful. If you are thinking about going there with older or senior members of your family I would think again because they don't treat older people or people with disability very well. We would go in there about 4 times a month and go for walks on the beach but when we took my disabled nan there it was a different atmosphere and story. A place is good until their customer service is tested, you can tell their customer service is awful by the way they treated my nan.

Update* Just to clarify to the owners reply. We did not move any tables. We moved the table slightly to let my nan past who had a walking frame. If that is too much to ask to be accommodating that's fine. We know that this cafe doesn't allow people to move tables slightly to get their elderly members of family past. They did not ask politely to not move tables. The owner was very rude and couldn't handle how busy their morning was. The last time we actually sat my nan down the tables had not moved an inch since last talking to the owner. The owner has replied in defence. However, they were rude and their customer service is awful. Remember when you are dealing with customers with a disability and old, don't be rude and ask if there is anything YOU can do as a business to accommodate someone like that. Don't listen to the owners reply as they were completely rude to us and failed to accommodate the elderly person in our group with kindness...

We were left sorely disappointed as to what we were served. We ordered the "big breakfast" each, Latte and early grey.

The breakfast itself was barely mediocre for a greasy spoon truck stop, warmed skinned tomatoes from a tin was plain weird, sausages were the type that has the bare legal minimum requirement of meat content to qualify (mainly tastless filler), the "bread and butter" was cheap brand supermarket bread that leaves the nasty after taste and the butter wasn't real, it was margarine. Bacon and hash browns were of possible minimum quality. All in all, would have been on high side at £5, not £7somthing. Very very overpriced.

The coffee was burnt, VERY burnt, syrup and 2 sugars and still over powered by harsh bitterness of burnt. Actually impressively bad.

Early grey was as you would expect, just a bit pricy for a tea bag.

It's clear this cafe leans far too much on location for sales than it does for quality. Has so much potential in location, just food actually needs to be better than road side mobile van. And as it stands, very far from it.

Should add, the ordering system and layout really felt like a school cafeteria, and not in...

Ordered teas and cake here, and then went to get sugar for the tea. I also noticed they had small condiment packets on the shelf, and took a few, thinking I could use them with our takeaway fish and chips once we left the café. We had brought the takeaway into the cafe, but with the lid on and no intention to eat it there. I had placed it on a chair when I was approached by a member of staff who began to rudely interrogate me about why I had taken the condiments off the shelf. I explained that we were not going to eat the takeaway in the cafe, but I had thought we could take a few condiments for later. He treated me as if I had stolen something, took the condiments from me and walked off. I completely understand if the café has a policy against using condiments on outside food, but this could have been kindly explained to me, and I would have had no problem with it. Instead, as a paying customer, I was treated like a criminal. This really put a damper on the rest of my time there. The cake and tea were...

My friend & I (& our two dogs) had been on the Old Hunstanton beach for a walk, it was pretty windy too, when the heavens opened, we were drenched! So we decided to treat ourselves to a delicious Hot Chocolate & a toasted tea cake. The service was absolutely spot on, the gentleman also gave our dogs a gravy bone each, which we thought was a lovely touch. There’s great views from the Cafe, & a good selection on the menu too. Highly recommend. ✨😊✨

A lovely place to have lunch. Children and dogs welcome. The food is really good. We had fish fingers and chips for the kids and I had a double bacon cheeseburger. I had to eat it with a knife and fork, and the juices flowed out of the burger. The fish finger looked homemade and the was size of two mars bars. The views are gorgeous and the staff were very friendly. Elsie made funny faces at my son and made him laugh. Will definitely come again.
