Service is normally ok and good standard hardly ever had a problem. I think Costa coffee is a lovely place and I visit regularly but i have been very disappointed on my last 2 visits, I can understand 5.30 is close to closing and cleaning is being done but my visit before last the lady was mopping then surved me my drink and food and never washed her hands, and this time same has happened again spraying tables and using clothes then making my drink touching the plastic lids to take away.
