Although open until 18:00 and I arrived 16:30 it was closed. Their sign was still outside of Next, saying they were open and not until you got upstairs could you find out it was closed. Photo shows sign left outside... Please update your opening hours

This has recently been decorated and updated. Tables and chairs all looked clean. Drinks were served quickly and were as expected. Used my Costa card to get points which I have already registered for then today downloaded the app as thought that would be easier to use, but haven't been able to get into my account as I've forgotten my password and tried to do what they say to reset the password but not had email even after a few hours so will have to...

The usual Costa range of drinks and snacks, nothing much different to every other Costa coffee in the country. Parking right outside, toilets always grubby, staff friendly though does depend on who is serving. If anyone asks me again if I want the latest fancy blend I'll tell em what to do with...
