Heacham Holt Cafe — Restaurant in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Great cafe right on the beach the woman who runs it is lovely always making sure if you got dogs they got a bowl of water so yes very dog friendly cafe I sometimes am on own with dogs an I can walk in with them to order seating inside and loads outside the cafe too. Do lovely fry up breakfast great for setting you up for a day walking on the beach they also sell beach items from toys to uv brolly and priced very reasonable too kids meals can be brought in a bucket 🪣 and spade which you can then use after on the beach to make sand castles with the kids 😉🙌 Great cafe always busy but friendly and good service I only wish she was open more and longer but understand where she is it Seasonal opening hours. There is parking here pay and display car park can pay by phone too disabled spaces as well but not many due to size of area well worth a visit The cafe is right next to beach and path your on beach in 1 min plus carpark is in same area as cafe so once your parked up for your beach day you don't have to move to visit cafe or beach or 5 to 10 mins back up road depending how fast you walk is a small supermarket/corner shop if need them kind of bits. So come down have a cupper and breakfast you won't be disappointed but do check hours as they do change with the seasons all that information can be...

We came here wanting a full English breakfast and chose this place after seeing the good reviews. Hmmmm. If you like dirty cutlery, undercooked sausages (white and mushy inside) and sub standard service...then this is your place. Not cheap...paid just under £30 for 2 full English, 2 orange juices and 2 cappuccinos. The chef reeled off the breakfast and we decided on the large one. Wish I had looked at the menu as it came with bread and butter...not toast. Not a fan of butter and not realising this I asked for toast instead only to be told I had to pay extra.for this! I told a guy at the ordering point of our disappointment....apathy was what I got. No customer service here and I was told that they couldn't do toast instead of bread free of charge because the Baker didn't deliver bread to them free of charge! £1 extra it would have been for one piece of toast. We aren't tight by any means but having just spent £30 and then to pay extra is an insult in my book. Would I recommend? No!! Over priced, substandard food, barely cooked. Arrived with the intention of parking and getting breakfast once we had found a spot on the beach, the parking meter would only accept change so asked for change (I had £10 note) when purchasing some water while my partner and I set up. The woman was quite rude and short with me, so I simply brought one water got some change and then queued up again with my £5 to buy another water. needless to say we decided against breakfast. Cant comment on the food so 3 stars is fair 1 star for service...
