Hunstanton Ski Café and Bar — Restaurant in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

During our last day on holiday in Hunstanton we took a trip to the beach which resulted in a terrible unforeseen tragedy, My mum's elderly dog took a turn on the coastal path next to the Ski café and Bar. We carried her dog to the benches outside of the café where he sadly passed away. The manager and staff were absolutely amazing during this time, bringing out a blanket to wrap him in and tea for my mum whilst she held him. The ladies from the café along with the manager took the time to sit and comfort my mum throughout constantly asking if there was anything we needed or they could do. Myself, partner and children were with her and afterwards we had some drinks and my children had some food whilst we, my Mum especially, sat trying to take in what had just happened. Afterwards the manager would not let us pay for a thing so my Mum put some money into their MacMillan Charity collection. Everyone there went above and beyond to make an absolutely awful time more bearable. Thankyou all so much for your help and comfort. There is no question, we WILL be back to...

My husband & I often go to this little gem of a place when we're at our caravan in Heacham. We always get a friendly welcome. The staff are always friendly & the food is always served freshly cooked. Yesterday we went there for Sunday roast dinner. The best we've had for a long time. The beef melted in your mouth & the yorkshire puddings were just as my mum would make. My husband had lamb shank & again was perfect. The musician was playing whilst we ate our dinner which was just the icing on the cake! Talking of cakes we had the coffee & walnut cake - wow! it was to die for & the slices were so big. I had to have half of mine boxed to take away with me for later. Best place for an awesome breakfast on Sunday and Monday 5th 6th September 2021 Hunstanton best kept secret! eaten in many places around town I found them clean super friendly and reasonably priced, food was awesome best by far freshly cooked to your liking can't wait to go back five star

Too the reviewer regarding sand bugs well what can I say!! They came apart of the heatwave and they were all about the beaches that day not just there everywhere not a true reflection of this establishment

REVISITED 2023 Not sure what happened between 2021 - 2023 such a shame.. Was not impressed food was grease and tasteless food wasn't pleasant, cheap sauce nothing went together 2 star had much better...
