Plus: The cod was moist & flaked nicely. It was inexpensive & very good portion size Minus: The batter was incredibly greasy, the chips were very oily & chewy. Fish not cooked to order, chip portion not final-cooked to order, just scooped out. Was recommended to me but I wouldn't go again, I didn't enjoy...

We had a craving for a chip butty but resigned ourselves to having to have a Macdonalds as it was 11 in the morning. Quick Google and this place pops up. Fantastically friendly welcome and a craving satiated! Quality chips and a properly buttered roll....
