Ok so I have worked in mcdonalds myself and i want to say that i understand when this restaurant is busy and it’s hard to get stuff done to gold standard quickly but i have two huge complaints that I want to bring to the attention of the managers :( I got an uber eats a couple of weeks ago and asked for a quarter poundwr with no cheese medium meal and a fanta. I recieved a double quarter pounder, with burnt unseasoned meat, and some ketchup and onion. My chips were undercooked ( i get rhat when you get uber they can go cold but they were dry and undercooked ). My fanta was half full, not even up to the third line with ice :/. The next complaint i have is that the lady on beverage cell was pending 8 on her screen and was standing there packing an uber while multiple people around me were getting agitated about how long they had been waiting for food. I was waiting for 2 blended ice, caramel frappe and a belgian chocolate frappe and i was waiting 702 seconds. This is not good...
Read moreI'm sick of ordering from this awful company and either it's stone cold or items are missing, to be then met with lame excuses and pushing the blame onto the delivery drivers. Yet again I have had a main food item missing today and yet again it's been "if you come and collect" no, you should bring it to me, I have paid for this service and you're required to adhere to that. How is it that if you order from other restaurants the food arrives hot and all items accounted for while these can't even put a simple burger in the bag. The person I spoke to on the phone clearly had no understanding on how to solve the situation and just stating I should collect the item, yeah that's doable when my kids are eating theirs and I ordered to my home for ease and not wanting to drive! As far as I see it they're unable to deliver a simple service, have poor customer service and out right take your money without any care on delivering...
Read morejust got food from mcdonald's and they forgot 6 chicken nuggets and a regular chips so someone went hungry, rang mcdonald's to explain this and let them know what had happened and was told it was not their fault despite the food taking an hour so they had plenty of time to check the order and despite me saying this the guy on the phone was extremely rude to me, the food also turnt up extremely cold and almost uneatable, to be frankly honest if I was to ever speak to a costumer the way he spoke to me and I would of lost my job. he kept blaming the uber eats man and I did not realise the uber eats man cooked the food in the back of his car, I would not of had a problem if he cooperated with me and spoke in a calm voice. just to add I gave the uber eats man a tip for the mcdonalds man talking...
