Service overall and customer service appalling. Manager Pietro was totally unprofessional. Was told could not have my refund back on my card as could not find my transaction so continued to give back my refund in cash. £20.00 note and 19 pound coins. I advised did not want all those coins as I had paid on card and he decided to throw the £20.00 note onto the counter and said I can just take the £20.00 then if I want without the rest of the change? One starter also came out without the other and the manager also brought out the drinks with also one of them being incorrect. Been to Nandos a number of times, but not again to King's Lynn. Toilets not checked, no toilet paper, toilet paper trailing out of the sink and onto the floor. I would be totally embarrassed if that was my watch I was managing. Very unhappy customer and totally lost confidence in Nandos. Had to give 1 star as this was the minimal I could...

This must be the zenith of chain fast food; fast, inexpensive and tasty. The ability to add some vegetation to what you're eating at least gives the illusion that what you're eating isn't greatly reducing your lifespan. It's filling too and in a good way.

This is a good example of the chain, being located in an old bank the vault can even be had to sit in; this would be good for a group, but may require booking. It can be a little over air conditioned inside, so don't go to scantily clad.

Service was decent and speedy, if not particularly memorable.

Good for a quick bite, but maybe not a serious date!

Don't forget they do 20% discount for NHS, Fire and Police service employees, however, you need your ID card and it's only off the first £20, so split your order if more than one of your party...

Me and my family just came to eat after seeing a show and my god the level of customer service given to us by the lady at the front desk was second to none.

I have my own business and people like her are so hard to find. I even spoke to the manager after to let him know how well we had been treated and he said I know lol.

It's customer service like that, that brings people back, and we will 100% be coming back. Not just because we love a Nandos but because we love be treated with respect and thats exactly what we got.

If anyone from Nandos reads this praise that women, promote her, give her a pay rise, paid leave something because she is exceptional!

P.s my wife's portion of loaded fries was twice the size of mine, but I'll let it slide given...
