Terrible experiences every time we’ve gone. Last went about 6 months ago- took almost 3 hours for dinner for a family of 4! By the end we ended up cancelling our order as it still hadn’t arrived (had 2 small hungry children with us too!). Restaurant was relatively empty- 4-5 tables, all struggling with the same issue! Eventually everyone was given refunds as apparently they ran out of dough and the rest was frozen?!?
Today, we decided, let’s try again…big mistake.
Walked in, waiting to be seated, was walked past by several different waiters. Restaurant was quiet so we thought we were in luck, maybe a better experience as there were less customers. Sadly, no such luck! We were asked if we had a reservation, we said no and then looked around as there were only 3 tables that had customers so it’s not like it was overflowing that they couldn’t accommodate us.
When we said we didn’t have a reservation, we were told they could not fit us in because they are working on strictly bookings only as they have very little dough, ingredients abs staff. 7:30pm on a Saturday night, 3 tables occupied but they weren’t taking any more customers?
Pizza Hut- if you’re wondering why Hardwick, Kings Lynn isn’t making any money….you might want to have a look at how it is being run (badly in a lot of people’s opinions unfortunately).
It’s a shame as on both occasions we were really looking forward to a nice family evening and we were let down.
Hardwick Pizza Hut, you’re letting yourselves, and the name down massively! Once bitten, twice shy- unfortunately we will not be trying again.

Read moreWe had the all you can eat pizza, pasta, and salad buffet. The cost for this is normally £9.99, but we had to pay an extra £5 because it was a Saturday. So we weren't impressed. Our server, Jason W, got our order wrong and was rude. I ordered 2 adult buffets and a kids one and 4 drunk refills. My husband only had a drink as is on a diet. When the glasses came up, 2 large and 2 small, my husband went up to speak to Jason at the desk. Jason proceeded to throw the pen he was using on the desk and said we could have bigger glasses if needed. His colleague told him there was no need for his attitude. The salad bar wasn't very appetising and was low on produce. Some pizzas had name cards with what pizza they were, and others didn't. At times, we were left waiting for fresh pizzas to arrive. The pasta was more or less empty as well. The toilets didn't flush, and one of the taps, you couldn't turn off. When we went to pay, I told Jason the bill was wrong and that my husband didn't eat. He then argued with me, and when I pointed out who ate, he sighed and said he would get the manager. After a wait, the manager came over. She was very helpful and sorted out the refund for us of the extra meal. I'm afraid that we will not be back at this restaurant, and the experience has put us off of returning to any other...
Read moreWent here for Valentines service and really regretted it. The service was awful and the only part of the food i enjoyed was the starters of chicken bites and cheesy bites. The pizza was very crispy in some places, the onion rings were 90% batter and i did not enjoy the cheesy chips. Our server didn't bother to check on our table and was giving better service to the table in front of us which arrived later but received their food before us. Extremely disappointing service and food, i actually got up to get the bill which is usually brought to your table by your server because we had been waiting with me in my coat to try make it obvious we wanted to leave for atleast 20mins - I ended up walking to the till at the front when our server went to the table in front of us removed their empty food boxed up their additional pizza asked if they needed anything else and if they were ready for dessert! We had ordered a sharer deal which was supposed to come with a dessert but she never got to us for us to order it. I complained to the manager and in the background i heard someone tell my server i was complaining and heard her say " What! which one!!" and then looked at me.. i was extremely frustrated as i felt this ruined our valentines day meal - the manager agreed to take £10 off the bill but the bill was still more than...
