I recently visited this restaurant in the UK and I must say, I absolutely love it! The ambiance is aesthetically pleasing and sets the perfect mood for a great dining experience. The food is delicious and the coconut drink is a must-try - it's a refreshing tropical delight that complements the dishes perfectly. The tapas are a great choice for sharing, and I highly recommend them. Coffee is good abd pizza as well. Hot chocolate could be given a next thought. However, there were a few minor issues that I encountered during my visit. Firstly, the jackfruit biryani was just okay - not bad, but not exceptional either. Secondly, the current staff seems to be working extremely hard to keep up with the busy demand, and could benefit from additional staff to assist with the workload. This led to a delay in taking orders and delivering food, which could have been improved with more hands on deck. Lastly, there was a bit of a queue to order drinks, which was a bit of a hassle. However, this didn't detract from the overall experience too much. All in all, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The food, ambiance, and drinks are all top-notch, with just a few minor areas that could be improved upon. With a little tweaking in staffing and order management, this restaurant could truly shine and become an even more popular spot in the area.

Always love the lounges, and tend to visit when we have been to Mansfield, Prestatyn, Derby and now Kings Lynn (specifically because they are so dog friendly which is a priority for us when out and about) Poco lounge did not let us down, with great food, cocktails, staff and atmosphere. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and so helpful. Many other places need to learn from how the lounge operates. We went for breakfast, and returned later for lunch. We turned up as a party of 6 adults, a baby, and a Pomeranian, and were seated no problems....we left having spent £150+, yet a non dog friendly cafe turned us away? I don't get it...

My recent visit to this establishment left me with mixed feelings. Despite its perpetual crowdedness, I couldn't shake off my lack of enthusiasm for the overall experience. Ordering a Buddha bowl with chicken, I was hoping for a refreshing burst of flavors, but what arrived fell short of my expectations. The portion size, considering the price point, left much to be desired, failing to justify the expense. While I appreciate the venue's inclusivity, being both dog and kid-friendly, these factors alone aren't compelling enough to entice me for a return visit.

£5+ pints! No table service so you can be waiting ages if you expect it. Given that a plate and wine/pint here costs the same as a proper bistro gastro pub service and food quality levels should be higher.

Ordering food only app or very long queue at bar ordering. While a good menu with vegan/vege options and overall food taste is good. However, it seems more pre-prepared and ultra processed than made on site.

The service is nice and courteous but it is run a bit too harsh to convey authenticity and feeling. Disabled access to tables and 'having' a good time as much as everyone else is, for me, limited. Overall it should take time for repeat custom.

App nudges tipping waiting service. Unless you bring a human element to it, I'd suggest not to tip! Sat down at dirty table, no follow up on did we enjoy the meal & bringing food from kitchen only = no tip - so don't feel bad.

Other than the tables at the back near toilets wheelchair access to tables is complicated as tables are packed tight. Sofa and patios areas nay impossible to enjoy the light if you're disabled.

There's a fair portion of vegetarian and also a vegan menu which is good. The sad thing is, there's mainly carb lead options. Offering a Thai curry with seitan or tofu, vegan ramen with tofu (after Mise en place, totally fresh with just packet ramen noodles can made in 5 minutes). Interesting tapas dishes.

The food is good but mass produced (no pasty made on site and sauces / chutneys appeared sugared rather than caramelised sweet).

Disappointing wine list. Red wine is drowned with New World wine. Merlot is likely your best bet. Surprised there's nothing with Syrah grapes which better balance acidity from Côtes-du-Rhône, Navarra, Costers de Segre etc.

I doubt these changes will be made, but they're floated to...

Second time we have dined here, lovely atmosphere, shabby chic decor, warm and welcoming staff, everyone seems happy in their work and can’t do enough for you

Food was excellent on both visits, we had the classic bacon cheeseburger accompanied by superb perfectly seasoned fries, all freshly prepared not frozen, the burgers were perfectly medium rare, very succulent with a delicious salad garnish and relish, also served with freshly made coleslaw which was a delicious accompaniment, we also ordered the onion rings again fresh, crisp without being dry, flavourful and perfectly seasoned, all of this was complimented by a lovely range of cocktails and mocktails which I particularly appreciated as I was Des since my partner doesn’t drive yet, she had the peach daiquiri and I had the virgin pinacolada this time I also had the Fentiman’s organic original ginger beer which has a nice bitter sweet bite to it, and is excellent for cleansing your palette, on our previous visit I had the Fentiman’s rose lemonade, the whole experience was superb and trouble free apart from an issue with the table ordering app, which was so slow loading I went and ordered at the bar!, but I did use it on our first visit and and it worked ok then, mobile coverage isn’t the best in our area, but I have since learned that Poco Lounge offer free WiFi and this is a much better connection, last but by no means least I must mention the excellent staff who were delightful
