Let me down days befor my wedding!! No joke! I paid for my cake befor lock down so they said they would honour it...

Due to pick up on Tuesday, (Thursday wedding!) Saturday I get a call.. They rang me, Told me their cake decorator was OFF SICK! and asked if I still wanted it... AGAIN, days befor pick up and my actual wedding! I asked could it still be decorated to look like a wedding cake and they said they wouldn't know til monday if the owner could.

I said well how can I tell you if I still want it? What will it look like!? I can get a cake today from tesco and haven't got the worry about it not being ready?... They said they couldn't ring the owner and I would get a call Monday.. So NO call and I'm worrying I ring them... I get told they didn't make my cake Saturday. No cake! No compensation! (just my money back!) No help whatsoever!

Said I was abusive!? What abuse!? I was a stressed bride being told they was making the cake then, if I still wanted it. But the decorator was off!? No offer of discount because of this error! And literally couldn't offer me a thing when I realised I had no cake!!! Very unfair treatment! Awful customer service. When I rang the on the Monday... They said they didn't make it saturday! And was ringing me soon to refund!! I needed it for Tuesday! Because my night befor was the Wednesday! Imagine that...

We had visited the Lynn Museum and noticed this little cafe on the corner just up from the museum. Went in and asked if they had anything gluten free and they had a cheese and onion pasty as well as a couple of cake choices. Also do other items on their menu that cater gluten free too. Very lovely lady served us. Asked if we would like the pasties heated which we did. It was so lovely to have found a pasty for a change. Sat down and didn't have to wait long for our order Really lovely food . Couldn't resist getting the dark mint cookie to take away that was also a lovely to see for gluten free.. Highly recommend trying this little cafe. Staff very friendly and made you feel welcome. Will definitely be going in there again when we visit...

DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM HERE.!!!! Popped in just to buy a sandwich to takeout. Ordered a tuna mayo on granary bread. I was so hungry as I'd missed breakfast that day. I so wished I hadn't bothered. The bread was NOT fresh at all but dry and tasteless. So dry in fact I could've sanded walls well with it. The tuna mayo was warm to, beyond room temperature and had clearly not been kept in the fridge!!!! Overall, I would not recommended purchasing food from here. The sandwich cost me over £3 and one bite and I had to bin it. I wished I'd checked the reviews before entering Smiths bakery because believe me, most of the bad ones speak the...
