Too many lattes have been ruined in this branch, I am a dedicated customer to Starbucks brand for years and this particular branch happens to be conveniently located to my whereabouts, however, most baristas in this branch need basic training as the latte is either too heavy or too light as dry cappuccino. They tend to steam too much milk in one go and then distribute warm and not hot milk for subsequent customers who follow thereafter or pour whatever leftovers were in the jug, so only foam was served instead of milk. I had to return my latte several times back due to the abnormal weight of the drink and/or the temperature of milk was too low and last time out of spite the barista made it extra hot - I have not asked for extra hot latte, but purchased a normal latte.
