Paid for my order through Yo Foodie to be delivered by 6:20. Nothing came. Allowed extra time due to the weather, still nothing. Realised I had no signal because of the weather so asked friend to call. Even before she could confirm the order details she was screamed at down the phone by someone who said they had tried to call, became verbally abusive towards her, said that they left the food on the side of the road and they didn't care about me because I didn't care about that enough to answer my phone. I have zero signal, it is impossible to answer a call I do not receive. They are refusing a refund and have been verbally abusive. DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT
The response below is a blatant lie. There was no knock at my door. I have no records of phone calls. The call from my friend was placed at 8:47, there was no offer of more food. This is a lie. What happened was she was screamed at and abused down the phone and was told "we have been in business 20 years, we don't care about you". And I have a witness to the telephone conversation. I also messaged previously through Facebook and YoFoodie so I recommend you get your act together, get that money back in my account and seriously think about your frankly disgusting...

We ordered for delivery and the lady on the phone was nothing but rude and useless. we started the order on uber eats but when we called the restaurant to discuss our dietary requirements, they asked us to place the order through the restaurant so they make more money. We enquired about gluten free options, she assured us everything on the menu was suitable for gluten free, however everything we then ordered she said wasn’t suitable, but gave us no other options, and had no knowledge of any of the allergen information. she then told us she couldn’t answer any of our questions and wants us to order through the app. we then had multiple issues with the delivery, yet when we called, the lady was no help and continued to hang up on us calling us difficult. our order eventually came 2 and a half hours after ordering & was stone cold and completely wrong. she proceeded to tell us that it’s our fault, and whenever we would correct her ( whilst being very polite despite the abuse she was giving us) she would say how it’s our fault as we are gluten free & are being difficult. i do not reccomend ordering from this place, the customer service is...
Read morePreviously enjoyed food here a few years back. Decided to have lunch here with family and friends. It was by far the worst experience we have ever had in a restaurant. Food arrived cold. Waitress argued with me when I told her it was not warm enough. she tried to tell me it was freshly cooked... proceded with some reluctance to take it away and it was heated up in the microwave. Shouting and arguing with kitchen staff.. Table cleaning with fingers and hands... dirty plates stacked...food oily... poppadoms not crispy... kids chicken tikka was really tough for them to eat.. I gave feedback to the waitress whose manner was really rude after we paid the bill. I explained that her customer service skills needed improving and arguing with customers was not ok and arguing with staff so customers can hear was not acceptable either.
