The Eagle — Restaurant in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Took me 30 mins to be served and the server was rude about it. Walked up to the bar as a server walked by and he walked right past us and didn't come back. 5+ mins passed and we eventually moved to a more central part of the bar as no one was serving us. Servers then served 4 people that came after us to the bar.

Then when the same server that ignored us at the start came by, he looked at someone who had also got to the bar after me like he was going to take his order so I spoke up and said "Hi, I'd like a rum and coke". He was incredibly rude and said "I didn't even understand that" but then went and got what I asked so he clearly did. So I took my order and refused to spend anymore money.

Very rude server and terrible overall service. Not going back, plenty of better places to spend my money...

A chain pub with an absolutely huge, partly covered garden, if you're into sports this is the place to be as there are TV screens on pretty much every wall it's almost like wallpaper. The drinks selection wasn't the best but it was a Monday which meant there were a few things off the menu due to stock running out over the weekend. I'm not usually a massive fan of Stella but with the lack of selection I went for it and it was a surprisingly good, crisp serve. The bartender lady was super friendly and was still delivering drinks out to the (covered) garden even during a monster flash flood rain storm, true commitment to the cause, the woman...

Ok so 18s+ only no children. Sports bar with pool table and darts board a few big screen TVs playing sports all the time even has a TV outside in the smoking shelter. Perfect..... Even better the beer is cheap I'm talking two points of lager and a packet of crisps and receive change using only a fiver. Absolut bargain. The beer itself is delicious they serve them well. The staff are very welcoming and polite, there's never any trouble in here. If your looking for the perfect pint this is the place to go....
